Pen Picture of Geoff Cresswell

Geoff spent 20 years as headteacher of four Primary Schools. During this time, he also worked as a lead inspector for Ofsted, mostly leading groups of advisors from the Bath and NE Somerset advisory team. For the last four years he has worked as an additional inspector for Estyn. He now also works as a leadership consultant, mentoring headteachers in four local authorities. In the last few years he has advised the Welsh Government as a member of the expert panel for numeracy and also as a part of the Mathematics Task and Finish Group commissioned by the Education Minister. Prior to this he was the Deputy Chief Moderator for key stage 2 and 3 mathematics in Wales.
