Introteach/CyfleDysgu leads the way in prioritising wellbeing
Introteach/CyfleDysgu are offering a free 2 hour online session for school staff on how to understand and manage anxiety. Ex headteacher and Estyn Inspector Geoff Cresswell provides through any online meeting platform, practical guidance for school staff on how to offer support with wellbeing. The 2 hour session gives staff an insight into the difficulties faced by pupils who may be struggling and provides strategies to help them. It’s also a great reason to get staff together.

Introteach/CyfleDysgu leads the way in prioritising wellbeing
During these uncertain times Introteach/CyfleDysgu have recognised the importance of prioritising wellbeing for school staff and pupils.
For this reason our Introteach/CyfleDysgu consultant- ex headteacher and Estyn Inspector Geoff Cresswell has recently been successfully running online sessions for school staff on how to understand and manage anxiety.
These free 2 hour sessions can run through any online meeting platform and Geoff has recently successfully run sessions through Zoom with Coed Glas Primary School in Cardiff and Coedffranc Primary School in Neath Port Talbot.
The online sessions provide practical guidance for school staff on how to offer support with wellbeing. The sessions give staff an insight into the difficulties faced by pupils who may be struggling and provide strategies to help them. It’s also a great reason to get staff together.
Recent feedback from school staff who have attended these courses includes:
