Teacher Yr 4 Llanelli Carmarthenshire

A vacancy has arisen for an excellent Year 4 Class Teacher at a primary school on the outskirts of Llanelli. The school is looking for an inspiring and caring teacher who will make children’s learning enjoyable and fun.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a clear understanding of a range of learning strategies to raise achievement for all pupils.
• Demonstrate a willingness to become involved in the life of the school and wider community.
• Be an excellent classroom practitioner.
• Have excellent ICT skills with the ability to develop digital competency amongst learners.
• Have excellent classroom organisation.
• Have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
• Be a collaborative team worker.
• Have the ability to establish positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents, governors and the wider community.
• Have previous experience teaching within a primary school setting.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong classroom management skills.
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Salary:

• M2 rate of pay in line with the national teacher pay scale.
