I currently work as a supply teacher for Introteach and I am writing a brief letter to express how supportive and fundemental they have been in my journey back to work. I am a wheechair user and the considerations and adaptations they have put into place has allowed me to work confidently once again. The staff are always kind and helpful and they consider your speciality, needs and travel preferences when allocating you a school. What I particularly like about working with Introteach is the strong communication link between the teachers and office.

Most  communication is via text (my prefernece) and they are always friendly and understanding if I cannot attend a school at any point. I am currently undertaking my NQT and Introteach have offered support during this period if needed as the staff also have a lot of experience in teaching.

The school has worked closely with Introteach for many years, with Introteach always supplying staff that are efficient, supportive, flexible and dependable. We have established a close professional relationship with the company, where we know that they understand the demands and requirements of a small school.

With this in mind, Introteach always source staff that are suitable and hard working. The company are approachable and honest, and always prioritize the school’s needs.

We currently use Introteach for a long term supply solution. The staff we have from them have been of high calibre which indicates to me that their recruitment process is efficient and robust to meet our needs.

Their helpdesk staff are friendly, efficient and helpful in seeking solutions for us.

I have been highly satisfied with intro teach as a service provider to primary schools. We have been using them to meet our supply needs for both teaching and non-teaching staff. The quality of staff has been of a high standard and all staff are fully up-to-date with relevant training and checks before they are sent out to schools. Staff supplied to our school have been diligent, well-presented and flexible. Many have had experience across phase and all have worked according to our policies and procedures.

There is a 7 day a week, 24 hours booking service which is very useful on those late Sunday evenings when needing cover at short notice. The office staff are always helpful, accommodating and flexible and the quality of supply staff is very high. We would recommend Introteach as a company not just to cover our own staffing needs but also for colleagues who are looking to register as supply staff as clearly they are a good company to work for.

As a school we have used teaching and support staff from Introteach for over 6 years. I have always found them accessible as a company and focussed on meeting the needs of my school. I have been able to discuss the requirements for specific longer term cover arrangements with consultants and feel that those requirements are listened to so the staff provided are suited to each individual role.

The staff that we have used from Introteach have always been good quality and well trained to meet the needs of the learners at Albany Primary School. All staff provided are always fully DBS checked ahead of being sent to school to work.
