Help and Support Service for School Leaders
Annie Hovey, in association with Introteach/CyfleDysgu, offers a telephone help and support service. The service is confidential and any matter relating to professional leadership and management can be discussed.
Requests for help and support are made initially to the Introteach/CyfleDysgu office or helpline. The office is open 7am -5pm, Monday to Friday.
Clients will have a response to their request within 24 hours and frequently sooner.
Annie’s service provides access to information and help on a wide range of professional and management issues from an expert, experienced and skilled professional.
The service is not intended to be and will not operate as a substitute for trade union membership services which remain an important support and representation service for school leaders.
Clients who purchase the service have a choice of 2 levels of service:
Silver
This service provides either :
3 hours of telephone help and support per school, per annum: £550
Or
5 hours of telephone help and support per school, per annum: £750
The time can be used as school circumstances require.
Where necessary, further time can be purchased at £65 per 30 minutes for clients who have already purchased the Silver help and support service and £75 per 30 minutes for schools not already part of the purchased Silver level of service.
Platinum
This service provides 5 hours telephone help and support as per the Silver level of service plus an additional hour of telephone help and support along with email confirmation of discussions, plus letter and document drafting and research up to a further 3 hours per annum as agreed with clients, in writing.
The Platinum Service costs £1250
Further telephone help and support time can be purchased on the same basis as the Silver level of service.
Annie also offers:
Attendance at meetings on line as agreed or as otherwise agreed
Investigation Services
The above services are costed on an individual project basis.
