Proud to serve schools in all 22 local authorities in Wales

From Anglesey to Newport, Wrexham to Pembrokeshire — IntroTeach now works with schools in every one of Wales’ 22 unitary authorities.

For an agency that began in Carmarthenshire in 2007, run by teachers who knew their own patch best, that’s a milestone worth pausing on. It didn’t happen through advertising spend. It happened the way trust always spreads between schools: a headteacher recommends us to a colleague across the county line, a supply teacher moves and takes us with them, a course delegate asks whether we cover their area too.

Being genuinely all-Wales matters for two reasons. For schools, it means one phone call reaches a bank of vetted, DBS-checked teachers wherever the school happens to be — in English or in Welsh. For teachers, it means registering once opens doors across the whole country, whether you want work around the corner or you’re relocating.

We remain teachers at heart — managed by teachers, for teachers — and every one of those 22 authorities is served with the same standard we’d expect for our own classrooms.
